1.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92go ("92go", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92go online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, financial services, and ancillary features available at https://92go.one and any associated mobile interface.

3.Account Registration and Security

To access real-money features on 92go, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 92go platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the method, device, or identity information used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your 92go account you agree to:

92go accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.KYC Identity Verification

92go applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request from your 92go account.

Standard KYC documentation required from Pakistani players includes:

• A clear photographic copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), showing both front and reverse sides.

5.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

92go supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa / Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fee is charged on standard PKR transactions.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 92go:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in reversal of funds and possible account suspension.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the 92go cashier at the time of the transaction. 92go reserves the right to revise these thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control measure.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92go platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.

• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to defraud 92go or other players.

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first raising the matter with 92go support.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of 92go's systems without express written authorisation.

8.Responsible Gaming

92go is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. 92go provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10.Limitation of Liability

11.Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your 92go account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Pending withdrawals that have passed all security and KYC checks will be processed to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeline following account closure.

92go reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to forfeit any balance held therein, in the event of:

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 92go arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through 92go's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external remedy.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you retain the right to pursue any available legal remedy under applicable law.
